CNC Turning
We specialize in high volume production turning. All of our turning centers are multi-axis lathes. They are equipped with live tooling, sub-spindles, and bar loaders, which are capable of producing your part in just a single operation. This approach gives Dynacut Mfg. a competitive advantage; allowing us to hold some of the tightest tolerances, ensuring our customer receives the highest quality parts and on time delivery. Whether it is 50 or 50,000 parts, we have your solution.
CNC Milling
Dynacut Mfg. utilizes the same approach with our machining centers. Our mills are equipped with 4th axis, high-speed spindles, and Renishaw probes, allowing us to efficiently combine multiple operations into one. Engineers can design some of the most complex parts today, but we possess the equipment and knowledge to effectively take on the challenge of producing these intricate parts.
Inspection
With a foundation built around quality, Dynacut Mfg. guarantees you will receive parts manufactured to the highest standards. We are an ISO 9001 compliant shop, focused on continuously improving our processes to provide our customers with the service and quality they expect. In our quality control lab, you will find our CMM, along with HD vison inspection equipment and other gauging tools we use to provide reports from First Article to final inspection.
Heat Treat and Plating
Although we do not offer these services in-house, we work closely with several suppliers who offer these services, so Dynacut Mfg. can provide you with a finished product. If your parts require post machining processes, such as heat treat, anodize, black oxide, or passivation, to name a few, we can take care of that for you.
